Is this what is causing me to not sign up to the new swaps by chance? I cant mark No gift on 2 swaps yet?

So my santa sent my movie gift - she has tracking - and it states it was delivered. However I have never received it and I have ALWAYS posted within two days of receiving a gift.

I checked with the post office here, they could only tell me it was delivered. I checked the front of my house, my mail box - my porch and the back of my house just in case someone could have dropped it there. I also checked with the neighbors and nothing.

This package is NOT here! I can't mark no gift because it's still greyed out to me...but wth - where the hell did this package go?!?
