Is it better to wait for all gifts to arrive or to go ahead and post?

So, I've received most of the packages indicated shipped, but there's one straggler that's still holding out with no estimated delivery date. I've received so many wonderful things, but I'm not sure if I should go ahead and make my post and edit it later or wait for the one last gift to arrive? I want to make sure my Santa gets their due credit for sure, because I've been spoiled!
