I struggle with the likes/dislikes section. I like the short questions because I can answer them, but for the wide-open write about yourself section, I struggle. I agonize over what turns out to be just a few sentences because I'm hesitant to be too personal, and don't want to be too specific or too vague.
So I've done multiple exchanges over the last year, and decided to review what I wrote to get ideas for what to include. I was going to combine and condense, but that was difficult enough: I had struggled with each of those piddly little descriptions and combining and revising just wasn't working.
So here's what I'm going to do:
I'm writing a piddly little description. THEN I'm including the full quote of my like and dislikes for most of my past exchanges, labeled for context.
My Santa can see what sort of stuff I've said about myself in different contexts and hopefully that will help them. As an added bonus, it gives me something to build on for the new stuff.
