I have an ongoing issue with no resolve in sight with a chair I ordered on the 7th of this month, where the label was created and even gave an estimated delivery date for the 13th, only to never update past the label created phase and now it's just "pending", still saying it's at their warehouse waiting to be shipped out. I've contacted support several times now and just been told by different reps that they're looking into the situation and awaiting a response from the appropriate team, while thanking me for my patience.
For what it's worth, it's the Monster Hunter chair that I ordered and it even gave me an estimated delivery date of the 12th-16th of this month, as it said back then and even now that it's still in stock on the website. I used Amazon Pay and tried to have Amazon send an email to Secretlab on my behalf to ask where the item is, only to have Amazon turn around and say the email address supplied by Secretlab isn't a valid one.
Is there anything that can be done to either help get my order to me or get a refund going? I'd much prefer the chair and palico pillow I've ordered, but at the same time, the chair is allegedly sitting in the warehouse for almost half a month now and already charged a large sum of money to my Amazon account. Any assistance or support would be greatly appreciated, since I'm stressing out quite a bit over this.
