Hoping someone has some input here. I've had an Omega regular sized chair for between 4 and 5 years. It was a version before the 2020 edition. It's been the best (and most expensive) chair I've ever had. I'm pushing the upper size limits of the regular sized chair but the only trouble I've had is from the arm rests. The bracket that the arm rests attach to in the butt seat part begin to give out (putting weight on them to get up), bend, and eventually snap leaving the arm rest detatched. Warranty sent a replacement seat part that I switched out and that gave me another 2ish years of life out of it, but have gone out again.
5 years is worth the money in my opinion especially since the amount of time usage has been astonishing. My main question is, how much stronger (if any difference at all) is in that arm rest bracket in the EVO version, or particularly the XL version, of the chair? Anyone else experience this?
