Tilt lock replacement

Does anyone know where to get a replacement tilt mechanism. Or does anyone have a damaged chair they would get rid of pieces of? I contacted support and unless there is a warranty I cannot get the replacement even offering to pay for the part. This seems like very poor customer service for such an expensive product
