So I bought the Titan Evo XL back in May 2023 and everything’s been great well the other night as I was sitting in my chair in the most upright position with the Tilt locked, all of a sudden it made a loud popping noise and leaned back. Confused and worried of course I leaned forward and noticed the chair was leaning while the tilt lever was in the “locked” position. I unlocked the lever and locked it back where I then began noticing it was skipping multiple positions where it should be locking and making a noise where you could hear that it was skipping those positions. It locks here and there but it shouldn’t be skipping positions.

Anyways. I filed a Warranty claim since I have 5 years and I hasn’t even been a year. And they tell me “Just spray WD-40 on it and ensure that the screws are tight on the base”

…

I doubt WD-40 is gonna fix the issue of the Tilt mechanism skipping slots where it should be locking.. such a crappy warranty service

Curious if anyone else has had issues with this type of stuff
