Bought an E-ticket but require a wrist band

So I ordered 2 tickets to see a concert for around 1k I'm from England so the tickets were sold as e tickets as I bought them it then said I need a wrist band that'll be delivered to the American address I put, In which is my friends address but the wrist bands won't reach me in time for me to see the concert, I can't get a refund or sell my tickets. I have an ETicket but no wrist band can I still get in?
