I don’t know what to do at this point. I bought a Vantage 2 (big mistake I see). Wired only. It bricked after a couple months. Scuf took it back and sent it back to me 3 weeks ago.
It has bricked again. I have reached out via Twitter (which is what they say to do when you try and call) and I have emailed them twice via their repair request on their site.
I’ve gotten no response. I basically have a $200 paper weight at this point.
Needless to say I am beyond livid. Anyone have ANY idea of how I can get a refund ?
Edit: so I finally got a response and get this: if they can’t fix my Vantage 2 they will offer me a discount on a new controller! WTF? So i spent $200 on a controller I’ve had in my hands for less than 5 months and if they can’t fix it they want me to buy a new one. DO NOT BUY SCUF.
