Post Body
Hello all!
I'm hearing and was wondering if anyone has heard of scuba divers using ASL or any other sign language? I'm new to diving and started teaching my partner basic ASL signs and it's been helpful. I'm really just curious and can see a great opportunity for scuba and sign language.
For example; I showed her "slow" and she used it when I was leading too fast. I used "long, or lengthen" when I asked her to adjust my flashlight lanyard on my BC. The opportunities are endless!
