Is anyone else bummed the the colors dialog box doesn't allow us to enter RGB values?

How does a person even pick a color from something on the Stage on the screen? The eye tracker doesn't go all the way to the stage, it turns back from a magnifiying glass into a cursor. If I use the eye tracker on my Mac, it doesn't give me the codes that Scratch would recognize. Now sure why they went with their own color format, it seems strange.
Does anyone know how to convert the colors?
