If you're not talking about something substantive to do with SCOTUS, recent decisions, circuit splits that could use attention, etc. please think carefully about what you're posting and why you're posting it.
If you don't have a comment history where you've been substantively participating in legal discussion you're going to get a raised eyebrow from a moderator if you're having a freakout and probably get banned.
Yes, I understand there's an intersection between politics and how SCOTUS inherently operates. Political discussion is not off the table but it needs to be woven into some other substantive perspective regarding SCOTUS. It can't just be LOUD NOISES BECAUSE I AM SUPER MAD.
