Any one else achy after from feeling like you have to make meaning out of everything?

Like it’s my default setting to experience life as though everything is deep and interconnected and part of a larger storyline. Add a gemini rising on top of that and I am seriously wanting an off switch to my brain for a bit because my mind is constantly narrating and finding patterns.
