Does anyone else really struggle with a mismatch of placements with their moon?

I am a Libra sun, Scorpio moon, and Sag rising. I have a Capricorn stellium and my Libra placements are sun, mercury, and venus. I feel like my personality is a constant tug of war. I don't relate to my rising at all. I was ten minutes away from being a Cap rising lol I just always feel unsure of myself and a maelstrom of emotions. It's hard to trust and I often feel lonely to a worrisome degree. I'm not throwing a pity party, but I just wondered if anyone else could relate?
