How do I fix Rojo ECU 'electromagnetic interference'?

I have a 2019 Wangye F1, bought off DirectBikes.com as something else. It worked, but now the ECU is going apeshit and the dash lights are literally all fucked and lighting other stuff but it still runs. I really don't wanna pay £125 for a new ECU nor £65 for a Bluetooth tuner just tomdiagnose the fucker, so I was wondering if someone knew anything.
