Local to me is a 2008 Vespa GTV 250ie with 1290 miles.

It’s minty, oil has been changed every year even with the low miles. Gas has always been drained before the riding season was over. Comes with the tall Vespa windscreen, Vespa top box with back rest, and the original manuals. The bike runs like a top and has been garage kept since 2008. It has new tires, installed in 2023, and a fresh oil change in April. The guy is asking $4,500 and I’ve got him talked down to $4,000 so far. Does that price still seem a bit high?

I’m interested in it because of how much cheaper it is compared to a new 2024 GTS 300. Out the door at my local dealership it’s like $9,000 without any accessories. What do you guys think?
