Pull ups and thoracic curves
Post Body
Does anyone else with a thoracic curve have issues doing pull ups? I thought it was just because I'm overweight, haha, but I wonder if the curve can mess with your form.
For awhile there I was attempting to do pull ups and for about a couple weeks after I've had a lot of pain between my shoulder blades. Not sure if I'll keep trying them or not. Wondered what others experience is with this.
For reference I have an S curve both about 45 degrees.
