What is your experience with inversion tables?
Post Body
I understand that as an adult, the only way to correct my curvature is surgery. I thought an inversion table might help with some of the aches and pains. Anyone have any experience with this? My doctor said I could try it, but he said that for some it helps a lot while others it just makes them dizzy.
Anyone here tried it? What did it do for you?
