Does anyone have weird postures and not knowing where to put your hands because of scoliosis?

Post Body

Hi, everyone! My partner told me that I have "wooden", stiff and weird postures and it seems like I don't know where to put my hands. I feel like I have to constantly consciously monitor my back and posture, and oftentimes it requires putting hands in pockets to stabilize myself, grabbing backpack straps, forcibly trying to straighten my back and stiffening etc. This is the only way I stop myself from slouching as hard as I do otherwise, but I am upset that it seems weird from a side. Does anyone have this problem?
