Pain with long walks?

Post Body

I have a 47 degree curve (thoracic) and 34 degree curve (lumbar). I am on vacation right now and all of the walking has my back in so much pain. I cannot walk for long without having to sit down and at the end of the day, I have sharp pains in my chest/back when taking deep breaths as well as soreness/tightness/pain. Does anyone else have this issue? I feel like such a burden on my partner who wants to do so much and I have to keep stopping to rest. I feel like Iā€™m missing out on a lot of things on this trip because of my back and it makes me angry. My surgery is scheduled for January 23rd and I really hope it helps with this problem specifically as I love traveling.
