Hey, I hope you're all having a good day, I wanted some advice for making sleeping more comfortable?
For info, I have double scoliosis with quite severe curvature, the majority of my pain is around my lumbar curve.
I've already bought one of those long body pillows, I sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs to keep my hips square and I'm also saving up for a decent mattress topper.
I'm unable to purchase a new bed or mattress even though I'm slightly too tall for this bed frame now.
Just really needing some advice, I've had some awful nights of pain and poor sleep for quite a while now and I'm feeling quite stuck on what else I could do.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
