Are there different schools of thought about what kind of information we could observe through a wormhole?
Post Body

I'll let my MC explain the situation to you:

From Chapter 1:

In case you're uninformed, and to be this uninformed you would've had to be born yesterday, and under a rock, and in a barn for good measure. Or you're a curious alien that picked up my signal and somehow knows English.

Either way, all you need to know is that in October 1994, Pulp Fiction, Forrest Gump, The Shawshank Redemption, The Lion King and Jurassic Park were all in theaters at the same time. Tell me that's not the craziest thing you've ever heard. Also that month, a wormhole mysteriously appeared in the outer reaches of our solar system.

Is there another way a wormhole can appear besides mysteriously?

Our first instinct was almost definitely to nuke it. But what actually happened was so bizarre it was considered by most to be an act of God.

We worked together.

The amount of shit people wanted to launch into this hole was I guess the most unifying event humanity had ever seen. In the following months, the United Nations Space Administration was formed to be the primary shit-launching organization for over forty countries, and not long after that, the UNSA announced they were planning to launch their most ambitious shit yet: people.

The mission was to enter the wormhole, nuke everything in sight, and return home. The revised mission was to...

What I am trying to figure out is what kind of information do we think passes through a wormhole. Would we be able to literally see exactly what's on the other side? Or would we only have gravitational readings and a rough guess?
