What kind of information sharing services are possible with "courier-ship" style FTL communication?

In the universe I am currently working in, FTL spacecraft using Alcubierre drives are prevalent, but there is no magical FTL communication like that of Ansible, and at distances greater than interplanetary, communication is done by sending unmanned FTL "courier ships" back and forth at high frequency.

But what kind of interstellar information sharing services will be possible with this communication method? For example, is an asynchronous bulletin board service possible?
