So after work Saturday i went to a trade center and caught my eye on a Doctor Who VHS. When I inquired about it the guy took out a whole bunch of this stuff, namely the Sarah Jane Adventures (which I saw the first episode and it's fantastic.) I got the VHS (Doctor who - k9 and Company,) a few DVDs, a few audio CD dramas (which I plan to listen to on the way to work,) a couple cassettes, a button, and even a signed autograph from Elisabeth sladen all for $10.

However the DVDs were the ones that intrigued me the most. One of the DVDs have 2 Doctor Who episodes ("the sound of drums" and "last of the timelords.") And the other had the Sarah Jane adventures ("invasion of the bane" and "revenge of the sltheen" part 1 and 2.) But the reason why they intrigued me is because they are both in the same style disc. Here's what I mean: both have a purple and white background and have the old Sci Fi logo on the case. Also on the case was a string of words that say "for review purposes only. Not for resale" and also had the episode titles with air dates (month and day.) Also on them was contact information for people which, in a nutshell, ended up meaning nothing.

I just want to know any information on the discs such as who ended up getting these and how and if the footage on them is any different from when the episode actually aired. I have looked online and have found no information on any of these. I have pictures of the discs if anyone needs them. I'm just using the version on the phone browser and can't upload them properly. Like I said any information on these discs is greatly appreciated.
