Could someone please recommend some books/shows that are based on everyday life with a slight sprinkle of sci-fi?
Post Body

I enjoy futuristic sci-fi shows like Star Wars, Altered Carbon, The Creator, and AI but was hoping to get some recommendations in the vein of Severance and Before the Coffee Gets Cold, especially stuff like Interstellar, Three Body Problem, and the Matrix that sounds vaguely plausible in an alternate timeline of our universe.

Thanks!

Person of Interest. Procedural crime show. Features US mass surveillance of citizens( homework look up Projects Thinthread, Trailblazer and Senator Church commitee in 1975. Projects Shamrock and Minaret 1945-73)

Sci fi part is the US government AI program that monitors everyone under surveillance. Looking for targets plotting terrorist attacks. Not so far fetched now, show released in 2011
