I’m a runner but started in early spring last year. Told my wife this winter that I felt like I had a hard time running when it was cold out, felt like I had worse endurance and my zo2 max was dropping. This makes me feel a bit better. Thankfully it’s warm out again and I’m starting to see improving mile times.

Good thing is I’m down south, so the winters are short, so it’s only a struggle for 2-3 months.
