Time off?

I have a question that I can’t find an answer to anywhere- if you’re a school psychologist that works a 10 month contract, what does your time off usually look like? I understand the time off in the summer, and spring/winter holiday and stuff like that- but what about sick leave? What about PTO? Can you take a random week off in October? How does all of that work?
