How to approach teachers

Hello!! I am a first year school counselor and am struggling with my grade level teachers. I have one teacher who is telling students they will get a lunch detention if they are late to class because I had them. I have another teacher who is blocking our counseling request from through goguardian. I am really frustrated because these are students I really need to meet with and yet my teachers are making it difficult for me to see them. Any tips or advice on what I should do?
