have any medications have worked for you without side effects?

I've tried zyprexa, abilify, and rexulti, but they all have negative side effects (cognitive impairments, lethargy, or restlessness) that I just can't handle. Is there actually an anti-psychotic out there that is good? I"m at the point where I just want to stop taking my meds all-together, but my parents said I can't live with them if I do. So I guess I'm going to have to find somewhere else to live.
