Can sounds be hallucinations to? (Besides voices)

Hi everyone, i just wanted to know if this is normal. I sometimes hear my doorbell ring, explosions, gunshots, static, footsteps, Car noises and more. I also hear voices to, or atleast my doctor said that it could be considered auditive hallucinations (i hear a group of people talking gibberish, or some people talking about me, when i was alone in my room). But my question is, is it also a hallucination if i just hear noises and sounds?
