Post Body

I'm trying to remember the first time I heard my voices, it was when I was 17 and I'm now 27. I didn't hear the voices again after this first conversation until I had a time of problems involving drugs years later (at 22) and I had completely forgot about this event completely until age 25, a few years after my voices returned.

That conversation seems to be what from which all my delusions and basis on which the narrative with my voices developed even when I had completely forgotten this event.

I feel it's very important I remember it as much as possible and have started to write down the fragmented parts I recall when I remember them to try and help me figure out what was said and hopefully help me remember more of it.

My partner believes it is unhealthy to dwell on it and says I shouldn't be trying to remember it or writing it down.

I'm hoping to start some form of therapy soon and I think I'd like to go in with as much info as I can remember.
