Gluten and/or lactose intolerance

Im curious has anyone developed a gluten and/or lactose intolerance since starting antipsychotics? Could be a coincidence but I believe I developed gluten intolerance since starting antipsychotics. Recently have developed a lactose intolerance too. My nan said to me to check if the meds cause intolerances because she can't eat certain foods on some of her meds (non ap or ad meds). So figured I'd ask here and see
