Been a few weeks since my last post which was a rant. If you want the short read its in my post history. But started seeing the new psych so besides telling my old psych I got a new one which I'll be doing this week everything in this aspect of my life is going well. Then onto exercise, ugh right? Wrong I think I've found the best exercise for me. Swimming. It's 45 mins to the pool but it's indoor and heated as I live in regional/rural Australia. Likewise I'm going to start seeing a normal doc again for managing my Metformin etc. So I'm going to see them on Tuesday. Likewise again I have a stuffed back and going to see a physio also on Tuesday. Both of these are in the same town 45 mins away as the pool. In September the pool in my town opens up for spring so I can go there for swimming each day. But this month will be building up my fitness to hopefully be able to do 5 days of 30 to 60 mins of swimming a day. Also started applying for jobs. Got one I'm going to apply to tomorrow at a bakery where my sister works. They're not looking for workers but they're short staffed so going to apply and see if I can pickup a few hours. But yea trying to keep busy. It's hard with no motivation. But I'm also trying to quit cigarettes/vapes. Which is tough when you have nothing to do.
