Schizophrenia and ADHD. What meds do you take?

Post Body

I'm currently on Fluoxetine, Buspar, Vraylar and Concerta. I used to take Vyvanse for many years and it did wonders for me but my current psychiatrist won't prescribe anything other than Concerta. Concerta has only been lasting 3 to 4 hours for me daily and I need a longer acting medication like Vyvanse was. I just function better on my day to day activities with a longer acting med. He won't even let me take Ritalin 2 times daily in divided doses to stretch it out. What do you do and take? Should I find another psychiatrist that is more attentive to my ADHD and anxiety issues since those 2 alone impact my schizophrenia symptoms so sharply?
