Trying to make a scavenger hunt for my husband

I don't if this is the right sub for this. Sorry if it's not.

I am trying to make a scavenger hunt for my husband for our anniversary. We both love them but I am no good at coming up with clever clues. Can you guys help with that?

So far the plan is for him to find some beer, food for a picnic, a blanket, a tent, chairs and directions to a dark sky location near us so we can go look at stars. I figured it was fitting because he talked about stars during his proposal.

I have no idea how to make clues. Anyone have any ideas or how to go about writing good clues?
