List.distinct not working; noob question
Post Body

I'm trying to copy the contents of one list gathered as input into another associated with an object, while removing duplicates. When I tried to use next.neighbors = entries.distinct() , I got this error: ... scala:122: error: value distinct is not a member of List[String] next.neighbors = entries.distinct()

On Ubuntu Netbook Edition, scala 2.7.7

What might be my problem? Is there a better way to do this?
