Will a light/medium stubble cause more acne?
Post Body

I'm wanting to try out growing out my stubble a little as I think I might be able to pull of a medium stubble.

I'm kind of afraid to try it though because I've read beard hair can trap bacteria and also there's a whole load of things you need to do to take care of it. Like is normal cleansing not enough if you have stubble? Would I have to start using some kind of shampoo?

How likely is it to worsen my acne? I use adapalene atm to treat my acne so I'll make sure to not grow it out beyond the point I can no longer apply that to my cheeks area - as the cheeks is the only place i actually get acne

I'm not talking about a full beard btw
