Scabies?

Hi,
- I had a rash in my buttocks area a few months back, thought it was fungal and treated it with antifungals. Seemed gone but recently itchy again
- quite itchy jn the last few days. Focus seems to be now on my elbows and ankles. It’s hard to say to what extent I’m really itchy & what extent is psychological.
- I had bumps in my previous rash and have them now too. Suspect scabies. Will see digital doctor tomorrow. Went to the pharmacy today & was given steroid cream which hasn’t done much. See elbow pic below.
