Climate Controlled Garage/Workspace

I have a mechanical project in mind (rebuilding a motorcycle) and my only real workspace is an old carriage house that's pretty much open to the elements. Does anyone know of a garage type rental space I could rent for a reasonable price? I just need (minimal) AC, power and locking doors. Realistically I would only be using the space for a few hours a day, over 2- 3 months.
