I think that, as satanists, the visual aspects of our workspaces and ritual chambers is an integral part of what we do. They help to decompress our minds, and lend to successful workings and such. Two of my favorite artists (neither of whom were Satanists, though the later was most definitely sympathetic towards us), Fransisco Goya and H.R. Giger created works that embody the essence of Satanism perfectly, imo. Goya created a series of artworks based around the themes of witchcraft, to further the public’s fear of the dark arts. Giger, best known for his work on Alien and creating the design of the infamous xenomorph, created works that embodied lust, and mended together man and machine to birth something beautiful and horrific. I have paintings from both of these artists hanging up in my room (which also serves as my ritual chamber).
