Has anyone challenged the government on the legality of these yet? By that I mean the swabs are supposed to indicate cannabis use but it canβt discriminate between recent use and use 12 hours before. I went through a checkstop in Chamberlain on the Yellowhead where the Mounties were diverting both lanes of traffic (the highway goes to two lanes there) to go through their screening. I am old and retired so after talking to me for a few seconds they waved me through, but if they had swabbed me I had vaped the night before.
