LGD PCT advice

Hey guys, just finishing up my lgd cycle @ 5mg for 7 weeks. Going to start my PCT in afew days as my last dose will be in 3 days. I don't feel too shutdown, I'm not lethargic and my dick still works although my sex drive is Abit low but not too low. Hair loss really started to hit this past week though So my question is how do I structure my PCT Will be taking nolvadex.. would 20/10/5/5 be fine or is it too much or too little?
