First Sarm Cycle

Iām ordering RAD-140 from Chemyo soon and planning on doing the cycle as follows:
Week 1: 5mg a day
Week 2 and 3: 7.5mg a day
Week 4-8: 10 mg
I also plan on buying Enclo but I am not sure if I should be taking it the entire cycle and after, or just after and at what dosage?
