Rad 140 Mk677 Stack Advice.

Looking into doing a cycle, been doing research here and there. Turns out my foreman did rad 140 and mk677 stack and he got insane results, he showed me a before and after picture. So it seems convincing and he swears by it. Any advice on this and if it’s solid to do? Any other better to do? And post cycle supplement to do?
