My diet on Cardarine
Post Body

TLDR; dieted for 17 weeks on 2000 cal a day. Went from 97 to 88.5 kg. Introduced Cardarine 5 weeks ago and now hit a hard plateau for the past two weeks. Want to continue Cardarine cycle but also take a diet break. What is the best way to go about it?

Hi everyone,

This subreddit might not be the best place for my question but nevertheless I’ll give it a shot.

I have been on a diet for over 3 months (17 weeks to be exact) and I am now becoming stagnant in my fatloss. About me: age 28, 195cm, starting weight 97 kg current weight 88.5 kg. Eating aprox. 2000 cal per day for the past 12 weeks and a cheat day (3.500 cal) on Sunday.

I introduced Cardarine about 5 weeks ago into my diet and it really gave me a boost with my cardio, hence increasing my fatloss. All in all I would Attribute around - 3 kg to the Cardarine boost.

During the last 2 weeks my fatloss has plateaued. Even with the Cardarine cardio and supposed metabolic boost I have not been able to loose more fat. On top of that I am experiencing diet fatigue and want to at least for the moment take a diet break without stopping my Cardarine cycle.

What would be the best way to go about it without experiencing a crazy Yo-yo effect.

Sorry for the long post!
