Low dosage of rad140 to prevent as much muscle wasting as possible during lockdown.

I was wondering since I am not keeping nearly as active as I do under normal circumstances, would it be a good idea to take 5mg of rad140 à day while sitting at home to try and keep my gains. I am considering this as I cant really see a downside. I already have the rad140 from a cycle I did at the end of last year.. you know, when gyms were still open... so I reckon 5mg wont be enough to cause suppression or any side effects (last cycle I went up to 20mg and noticed a bit of suppression so I did nolva as pct). I also do not intend on doing a pct for such a low dose this time. And would you recommend the time on = time off rule even at this low dose? When gyms are open again I do intend on doing a proper dosaged sarms cycle so I dont want this "maintenance" cycle effect the main one. What are your thoughts
