Rad140 20mg caps???

Bought rad 140 from pure rawest, wanted to try them out. Totally my mistake that I didn’t realize I bought the caps, but didn’t think they’d come in 20 mgs ? Don’t wanna run that for that high and that short of time. Wanted to start at 10mg first 4 weeks then next 4 weeks for 20 for a total of 8. Should I open and split the powder or play it smart and get a liquid.
