cancerous forearm lump
Post Body

Hi there - hoping someone can offer experience and/or advice. My father, age 83, recently had a lump removed from the top/side of his right forearm. The lump was about the size of a golf ball; the incision was 3-4 inches long. Both he and my mom described it as growing rapidly, but never gave it an official name like sarcoma. A dermatologist removed it three weeks ago. It was confirmed cancerous. A new one is already growing back! The issue I'm having is that I can only work with the information provided by my mom - which is spotty at best. With what I've shared, can anyone provide some insight as to what might be going on and if different resources are needed for my dad? He has a variety of health issues and I just want to make sure he's getting the treatment he needs. TIA!
