Hairstylist for non-binary person

I'm in town for the holidays and need a haircut. I'm non-binary tho and I know all hair grows the same but sometimes if I go to a straight up barber, it ends up looking super masc/military. At salons that cater to women, I can end up with something a little too pixie. There is an art to the middle way... Do you have any recommendations for a shop or stylist in the area who is non-binary friendly? I have a wedding NYE so I'm trying to get my cut a couple weeks in advance. Thank you.
