Sarasota guys trip 2/1-2/4. A couple questions

There are 4 of us staying in a nice VRBO in Sarasota in early Feb. It’s our annual guys trip; play some golf, drink, eat and do it again for 3 days. First time on the side of Florida. Wondering about weather in Sarasota this time of the year? Also, name a few bars we can try, as 2 of us divorced and are looking to meet women. Strip clubs? Etc? Where should we go after golf? All over 45-55, mature males, but 2 of us want to stray while there. Thoughts?
